ABOUT DR. WARD
Rachel Ward brings 30 years of experience as a clinician working with a broad range of clients and their struggles.
Although Rachel's main techniques are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Developmental Education, the heart of her work is listening deeply to the stories of her clients and working with them to build on their strengths ... for immediate relief and for long-term change.
To her work Rachel brings the real world lessons of being a spouse, mother, daughter, and high school teacher. This makes her style practical, empathetic, and user friendly!
For those looking for help from a Christian perspective, Dr. Ward has extensive experience in considering mental health from a biblical point of view.
